A joyous, colour filled mosaic knitted cardigan.

This cardigan is a wonderful way to use up your 100% wool leftovers of sport weight, light double knitting weight or tapestry yarns. The mosaic pattern stays the same but its appearance changes with each new colour. Two colour ribbing edges the bottom, sleeve cuffs, neck band and button bands.

14 groups of colour ranges are wound into 1 dark centre pull ball and 1 light centre pull ball.

Worked back and forth on circular needles incorporating armhole steeks. Written knitting instructions with chart.

100% Wool Yarn required for Scimerian, 3 or more colours chosen for each range listed below is preferable
Any sport weight, light double knitting weight or tapestry yarn of your choice, 1.75oz/50gm approx. = 167yds/153m, Cover model size S, was knit with assorted Patons Beehive Tapestry Wool, 15yds/13.7m per skein.

2.5oz/72gm(2.8oz/80gm,3.1oz/88gm,3.2oz/92gm) for each of the following colour ranges
A1 - Medium Browns to Dark Browns, A2 - Reds to Burgundies, A3 - Medium Purples to Dark Purples, A4 - Medium Blues to Dark Blues, A5 - Medium Greens to Dark Greens
1.25oz/36gm(1.4oz/40gm,1.55oz/44gm,1.6oz/46gm) for each of the following colour ranges
A6 - Light Rusts to Medium Rusts, A7 - Light Golds to Dark Golds
2.5oz/72gm(2.8oz/80gm,3.1oz/88gm,3.2oz/92gm) for each of the following colour ranges
B1 - Light Beiges to Light Browns, B2 - Light Pinks to Bright Pinks

Needles 'n' Notions
One 2.5mm(US 1) & one 3mm(US 2 1/2) 40"/101.5cm circular knitting needles or size to obtain gauge.
Stitch holders, four markers, one darning needle & eight 1/2"-5/8" glass buttons, each a different colour.

Gauge
36 sts and 54 rows = 4"/10cm with 3mm(US 2 1/2) needles over mosaic pattern.
